More Images from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Made Public by Democratic US Legislators

Development plans for Epstein's private tropical island among the released materials.

Additionally contained in this new document drop seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.

Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

This visual evidence reveal he had created development schemes to develop the substantial island by erecting residences, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a pool.

You can see the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the region, noted on the south-eastern section.

The site plan is annotated in notations in red and features a key identifying various parts of the land.

Accompanying this are what appear to be several other property layouts and engineering blueprints, including plans for marina coverings.

Additional images disclosed as part of the ongoing investigative process.
